The cold caller has had experience with dialers such as MOJO, CALLTOOLS, BATCHDIALER AND READY MODE.

3. They understand tonality has to match the seller on every-call

4. They are trained to ask those tough questions about condition, motivation, timeline, price.

5. Good english. 3+ months of experience talking to motivated sellers

Price:

The set up fee is $200. The price is $4.50 per hour the VA Cold Caller. You will pay the VA at the end of every week via PAYPAL.

Requirements:

• Fresh new list every single month for you va to use
• 20 hours a week minimum
• you must provide the dialer

Bonus: YOU WILL GET A FREE LEAD MANAGER. They will track hours, do quality control to make sure the calls are good and they will help you stay organize by tracking your KPI. Lead Manager will track the following things: how many calls went out, how many dials, how many live calls.. etc. Lead Manager will track those in a excel sheet for no extra cost. Again, you only have to pay the cold callers $4.50 hourly wage.
